All of our fitters are NVQ trained & qualified Door Systems Engineers, to be competent in the installation of door systems and adherence of all EN regulations regarding moving machinery within the home. This level of training, investment and commitment in a fitter is incredibly rare in this industry. So confident in our abilities, we have never asked for a deposit.
Only when the installation is finished to your absolute satisfaction do we present an invoice and we have never needed to use a high-pressure sales approach.
