Herts Careline’s community alarm and telecare service gives users freedom to live independently in their own home with the peace of mind of knowing that if they fall or become unwell, they can get help quickly. With family members and friends leading busy lives, often unable to visit as often as they’d like or living some distance away from their loved one, it can be reassuring to both parties to know help is on hand 24-7 if there is an emergency. The call operators at our Hertfordshire based Control Centre are highly trained to deal with life critical situations. Our service also supports carers and health and social care professionals as they know that those in their care have help at hand when they can’t be with them. Our nationally recognised, subsidised community alarm and telecare service, in partnership with Hertfordshire County Council makes a big difference to the independence and well being of people of all ages and circumstances across Hertfordshire.
