With three UK based Emergency Resolution Centres, we never outsource our staff and all your emergency calls will be answered by our highly trained staff. Our Emergency Resolution Centres provide a 24-hour monitoring service, giving you and your family peace of mind that calls will never go unanswered and that you can get help when you need it most. As well as our Emergency Resolution Centres, we have a knowledgeable field team who can come out and install your alarm system and key safes if you would like them to. All equipment is covered by a lifetime warranty and our field team will come and repair or replace your equipment free of charge if it develops a fault.
