Bamboo removal- Bamboo planted by neighbours in the ground on boarder line of our fence. It's spread into our garden. Tried to dig out but has come back further into our garden ( after they potted it- but too late) they have a gravel area covering most of their garden so likely to be roots under there. They will be paying for said treatments as agreed.
