"An electric boiler is not firing up. We are not sure if it is a system error within the boiler or where the fault lies. It could be related to the flow switch within the plumbing system. The boiler may not be under warranty but in the first instance we only need a qualified electrician or engineer to speak with the manufacturer's engineer to ascertain the problem and if a call-out is required."
