To repair water damage to local ceilings areas in kitchen, hallway and bathroom including cracks repairs, artex local repairs, locally replace coving in the bathroom, repaint areas affected.

Terraced house. Indoor painting needed in between tenants. Downstairs lounge/dining room, kitchen and toilet. Upstairs 2 bedrooms, bathroom and landing/stairs. White paint.

4x3.5m bedroom, 4.8x4.6m living room, small hallway (approx 2mx4m), 3.8x2.3m kitchen (minus fitted furniture).

Fill gaps and paint two bedroom ceilings (4.60m X 4.75m and 3.62m X 2.95m), plus the stairwell and part of upstairs corridor ceilings (3.75 X 1.55m). They will need stain covering paint. The roof leaked. It was fixed last year but has left damp stains.
