Back garden is overgrown and requires a lot of clearing. Shrubs need pruning.

To remove vine thing that I was told could be Japanese knot weed, brambles and small trees that are growing have taken over the garden. Since being diagnosed with cancer I am no longer able to carry out tasks in the garden myself. I have been let down numerous time times by people so the garden is like a jungle.
