Hi my lead flashing appears to have unattached itself from the bottom end of my chimney it’s still there but has come apart slightly and I’ve heard a dripping noise once in my lift is this a job you’d be able to undertake please can you let me know and if possible a rough piece estimate I’m in a 3 bed semi detached .
