Floor box electrics have blown in boardroom on office premises

Recent tripping of fuse box and lights/electricals out on one side of the apartment. May be due to chewed up wiring by pests as also coincided with seeing a pest for the first time in the apartment. Can only receive qualified electricians to investigate on Thursday the 4th of Jan at 11am due to being on a tight schedule.

I have some light bulbs to change. I already have all the material: LED panel 9w, 5W LED ceiling lights (for bathroom and kitchen), SES bulbs for a lamp in the meeting rooms and choc box (for LED panel). Also, I have two extractor fans in the toilets that are not working. If the electrician can check them, we can organize another day to change or repair them. Thanks
