Had new smart gas meter fitted. Engineer said small leak detected in pipe work somewhere and had to cap it off. Need to find and fix leak

A baxi solo boiler. The header tank didn't empty on a drain down. Bucketed out the tank to clean. Lots of sludge. Presume blockage on outlet pipe. Reckon it needs flushing. Can you do it?
