Hi there. The tenants reported there was not hot water since yesterday (a heat engineer came to fix leaking pipe above the boiler and he said there was gas leakage but he fixed both and checked with tenants the heating and hot water was working the day before yesterday). The address is 32 Ditton Fields, CB5 8QL. Would it be possible to send a plumber to check the issue today?
