Appears drain to cloackroom toilet under stairs may have colapsed as no longer flushes no.2, however house has seen historic subsidance so think it will need toilet removed, floor dug up, drains fixed, floor replaced and leveled, new toilet, cistern & washand basin installed . The upstairs bathroom shower needs upgraded to include a hand shower attachment.
